3-D nearest-neighbor resize.
Exactly one of sizes (target extents) / scale_factors (multipliers) is given; entries are literals or 0-D tensors (tensor entries trace symbolically). Input is channels-last.
Parameters
x: channels-last[N, D, H, W, C].sizes: target spatial extents (XOR scale_factors).scale_factors: per-dim multipliers (XOR sizes).
Throws
ClikaRT::Error: when the input's dtype/shape is not served for this operation (the machine-readable reason ridescode_name()).
Returns: channels-last [N, D', H', W', C].
