Tensor outer(Tensor input, Tensor other)

Outer product of two 1-D tensors: [m] x [n] -> [m, n].

$$\mathrm{out}_{ij} = a_i\,b_j$$

Parameters

• input: a 1-D tensor [m].
• other: a 1-D tensor [n].

Returns: [m, n].

Throws

• ClikaRT::Error: (INVALID_ARGUMENT) when either operand is not 1-D.
