Elementwise remainder with the sign of the DIVIDEND, i.e. [`ops::mod`](./mod.md#mod) with [`ModMode::C`](./index.md#ModMode). Broadcasts and promotes as [`add`](./add.md#add).

**Returns:** the broadcast-shaped remainders.

**Throws**

- `ClikaRT::Error`: (`INVALID_ARGUMENT`) when the operand shapes are not broadcast-compatible.
