Construction settings of InstanceNorm beyond the channel count (a plain aggregate; assign the fields you need).

double eps = 1e-5

Added to the variance before the square root. Default 1e-5.

bool affine = false

Declares the per-channel weight (scale) and bias (shift) parameters. Default false.

track_running_stats​

bool track_running_stats = false

Declares the running_mean / running_var buffers; when bound they replace the per-instance statistics. Default false.

A fused activation applied to the normalized result; absent applies none.

dtype​

DataType dtype = DataType::Float32

The dtype the declared slots carry; a bound payload casts to it. Default Float32.
