ClikaRT::graph::OnnxExportHandler

Header: ClikaRT/graph/onnx_export.h

A handler for one operator, in one export (OnnxExportOptions::handlers): it replaces the library's ONNX form for the nodes of code. The operators it writes are its own choice: the export writes them as they are, and io::OnnxModel::compile refuses one this library does not read. Scope: the library's own operators; a handler for OpCode::Custom, the one code every user-defined operator shares, is refused.
