One streamed chunk of a session: this step's outputs, and whether it is the stream's last chunk. A pipeline's stream ends with one empty final chunk; the session's final outputs ride ResponseStream.wait().

## `final` (property)

True on the stream's last chunk of a cleanly finishing session.
