What a run-once callable receives: the session's inputs (read), its outputs (write), its state object, and the stream the phase runs on. Valid only during the call; a later access raises RuntimeError.

## `inputs` (property)

The request inputs, as a dict of tensors (a fresh dict of handles each time).

## `outputs` (property)

The output mapping to write this phase's outputs into.

## `state` (property)

The object make_state returned for this session, or None for a stateless node.

## `stream` (property)

The stream the phase runs on.
