`hash_lanes` permutation. `Auto` picks by the input's lane width: a 32-bit integer lane maps through `Triple32`, a 64-bit lane through `Moremur`. The named kinds select a permutation within that width: `Triple32` and `WeakTwoMul` are 32-bit, `Moremur`, `Feistel3Mul3` and `Feistel4Mul2` are 64-bit; a kind of the other width is refused.
