ZeroPad(padding)

    Pads with zeros.

    The module form of ``clika_runtime.nn.functional.constant_pad`` with
    ``value`` fixed to ``0.0``: construct it once with the settings, then call
    it like a function.

    Args:
        padding: the ``(low, high)`` widths per axis, leading axis first; a
            negative width crops.
