Where()

    Elementwise select with broadcasting: ``input`` where ``condition`` holds,
    ``other`` elsewhere.

    The module form of ``clika_runtime.where``: construct it once, then call it
    like a function.

## `forward`

forward(condition, input, other) -> Tensor

Runs ``clika_runtime.where`` on ``condition``, ``input``, ``other``;
returns a new tensor.
