Threshold(threshold, value, inplace=False)

    Keeps every element above threshold and replaces the rest with value.

    The module form of ``clika_runtime.nn.functional.threshold``: construct it
    once with the settings, then call it like a function.

    Args:
        threshold: the comparison bound.
        value: the replacement for elements at or below the bound.
        inplace: whether the forward writes the result into its input and
            returns that input.
    

## `__init__`

__init__(self, threshold: 'float', value: 'float', inplace: 'bool' = False) -> 'None'
```

## `extra_repr`

```python
extra_repr(self) -> 'str'
```

extra_repr() -> str

## `forward`

forward(self, input: 'Tensor') -> 'Tensor'
```

forward(input) -> Tensor

Runs ``clika_runtime.nn.functional.threshold`` on ``input`` with the
stored settings; returns a new tensor, or ``input`` itself, holding the
result, when ``inplace`` is set.
