Sub(alpha=1.0, activation="identity")

    Subtracts ``other``, scaled by alpha, from ``input`` elementwise with
    broadcasting: input - alpha * other, then the optional fused activation.

    The module form of ``clika_runtime.sub``: construct it once with the
    settings, then call it like a function.

    Args:
        alpha: scales ``other`` before the subtraction.
        activation: a fused elementwise epilogue on the result; float inputs
            only.
