Softmin(dim=-1, dtype=None)

    Softmax of the negated input along dim: small values weigh most.

    The module form of ``clika_runtime.nn.functional.softmin``: construct it
    once with the settings, then call it like a function.

    Args:
        dim: the reduction dimension; negative counts from the end.
        dtype: the output dtype; None keeps the input's.
