ReplicationPad(padding)

Pads by repeating the edge sample.

The module form of clika_runtime.nn.functional.replicate_pad: construct it once with the settings, then call it like a function.

Args: padding: the (low, high) widths per axis, leading axis first; a negative width crops.

Runs clika_runtime.nn.functional.replicate_pad on input with the stored settings; returns a new tensor.
