ReplicationPad(padding)

    Pads by repeating the edge sample.

    The module form of ``clika_runtime.nn.functional.replicate_pad``: construct
    it once with the settings, then call it like a function.

    Args:
        padding: the ``(low, high)`` widths per axis, leading axis first; a
            negative width crops.
