ParameterList(values=None)

    An indexed, registered list of parameters; iterate it in your own
    ``forward`` (the list itself defines no computation). A plain tensor
    added to the list becomes a :class:`~clika_runtime.nn.Parameter`; any
    other object is stored as is.
    

## `__init__`

```python
__init__(self, values: 'Iterable[Any] | None' = None) -> 'None'
```

Initialize self.  See help(type(self)) for accurate signature.

## `append`

```python
append(self, value: 'Any') -> "'ParameterList'"
```

append(value) -> ParameterList

Add ``value`` at the end (a tensor becomes a Parameter); returns
the list.

## `extend`

```python
extend(self, values: 'Iterable[Any]') -> "'ParameterList'"
```

extend(values) -> ParameterList

Append every value in order; returns the list. A tensor is not an
iterable of entries here: pass it to ``append``.

## `extra_repr`

```python
extra_repr(self) -> 'str'
```

extra_repr() -> str

One line of per-class detail for :meth:`__repr__`; a layer prints
its geometry here (``in_features=64, out_features=256``).
