Mul(activation="identity")

    Multiplies ``input`` by ``other`` elementwise with broadcasting, then the
    optional fused activation.

    The module form of ``clika_runtime.mul``: construct it once with the
    settings, then call it like a function.

    Args:
        activation: a fused elementwise epilogue on the result; float inputs
            only.
