Maximum()

    Elementwise maximum of ``input`` and ``other`` with broadcasting; a NaN in
    either operand yields NaN.

    The module form of ``clika_runtime.maximum``: construct it once, then call
    it like a function.

```

## `forward`

```python
forward(self, input: 'Tensor', other: 'Tensor') -> 'Tensor'
```

forward(input, other) -> Tensor

Runs ``clika_runtime.maximum`` on ``input``, ``other``; returns a new
tensor.
