FeatureAlphaDropout(p=0.5, inplace=False)

    Channel-wise alpha dropout over a channels-last input: whole channels
    take the saturation value with probability ``p`` while training, with
    the same rescale and shift as :class:`AlphaDropout`; the identity in
    evaluation mode.
