Div(rounding_mode="none", activation="identity")

    Divides ``input`` by ``other`` elementwise with broadcasting, with an
    optional quotient rounding and fused activation.

    The module form of ``clika_runtime.div``: construct it once with the
    settings, then call it like a function.

    Args:
        rounding_mode: "none" is true division; ``Trunc`` rounds the quotient
            toward zero; ``Floor`` toward negative infinity.
        activation: a fused elementwise epilogue applied after the rounding;
            float inputs only.

forward(input, other) -> Tensor

Runs ``clika_runtime.div`` on ``input``, ``other`` with the stored
settings; returns a new tensor.
