Load a checkpoint's preprocessing by name, without its weights.

The :class:~clika_runtime.processor.Processor of the checkpoint at source (a local directory or a hub repo id): its tokenizer and the media processor its preprocessor_config.json describes, each reachable as a property once its has_* fact reads True. A hub source fetches the processor files only.
