A checkpoint entry's parsed metadata, read with no payload IO: the logical shape, the storage dtype, the on-disk payload size, and whether it is quantized.

## `dtype` (property)

The storage dtype: the element type, or the packed payload's byte type for a quantized entry.

## `payload_bytes` (property)

The on-disk payload size in bytes.

## `quantized` (property)

True when the entry carries quantization metadata.

## `shape` (property)

The element shape in file order (the logical shape for a quantized entry).
