`mseLoss(input: Tensor, target: Tensor, reduction: Reduction = Reduction.MEAN)`: the `mse_loss` operator. Mean-squared-error loss between `input` and `target`. `Reduction::None` returns the per-element losses (shape of `input`); `Mean` / `Sum` reduce to a 0-D scalar.
