Load the library [name](load.md) (`ClikaRT`, `clika_rt_jni`): from the classpath resource `native/<platform>/<its platform file name>` when one exists, else by name. A library that loads from neither throws UnsatisfiedLinkError, as `System.loadLibrary` does.
