An audio stream's effective layout, read from its header. With a non-zero target rate or channel count the figures are what a decode to that target produces; [frames](frames.md) is exactly the count [Io.loadAudio](../Io/loadAudio.md) with the same targets returns (seconds = frames / sampleRate).
